Yoel Natan will lead a musical, participatory Kabbalat Shabbat service in Gasworks Park in Seattle, Friday August 11 at 7:30.

We will sing together many sweet and spirited melodies of celebration to welcome the Sabbath, including Carlebach melodies and previews of Yoel Natan's NewSach. Some will be familiar and some may be completely new -- so if you love a good Carlebach minyan then be ready to sing along to your favorites, and if you've never been to a musical Kabbalat Shabbat before don't fear: you won't be the only one getting to learn a few new tunes!

The service will be followed by a vegetarian/dairy potluck.
